About Supper Chauffeur

Supper Chauffeur is a new food delivery service focused on rural areas. We partner with top local restaurants, takeaways and businesses to provide delivery straight to your door through our fleet of Delivery Drivers. We provide a branded website with a real-time ordering process which will enable customers to place and pay for delivery orders on the platform.

Recognising the demand for food delivery in rural Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire, we set out with a mission to connect the best local, high-quality establishments directly to people’s doors

If a delay occurs, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and work to get your order to you quickly.

The Delivery Driver will attempt to contact you and arrange a safe place to leave the order, if appropriate. Keeping your phone handy helps ensure smooth delivery. If the delivery fails you will still be charged. Please always double-check your contact and address details when ordering. We are not liable for a failed delivery or substandard food quality if we have made an attempt to contact you.

Fees on Supper Chauffeur

This varies by location, with closer Partners costing less. You’ll see the fee before checkout.

This supports our services and is paid by the Partner- you will not see this at check-out.

If your order is below a Partners minimum, a small fee will apply, which you can avoid by adding more items.

Age-restricted items

Yes. For items like alcohol or tobacco, the Delivery Driver will ask for valid photo ID upon delivery to verify your age. Please remember over 18’s only are allowed to order on Supper Chauffeur.

Some establishments may offer CBD products, but they’re only for adults. The UK Food Standards Agency recommends a maximum of 70mg of CBD per day for healthy adults. If you have health concerns, consult a healthcare provider.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

You can pay for items and deliveries on our Site with a credit or debit card, or other payment options provided by Supper Chauffeur. Once your order is confirmed, your card will be authorised, and the total amount marked for payment. Payment goes directly to Supper Chauffeur, acting as an agent on behalf of the Partner only. We are authorised by our Partners to accept payment on their behalf, so paying us completes your obligation to pay the Partner.

When setting up an account, you’ll create a password and enter payment details. Keep your login details secure, as you’ll be responsible for any orders placed through your account. If you see an unrecognised charge, check with family or friends who might have used your payment method. If it’s still unfamiliar, contact us at hello@supperchauffeur.co.uk with the card’s last four digits, expiry date, transaction dates and amounts, and your email address, and we’ll look into it. If you have any security concerns about your account, contact us immediately at hello@supperchauffeur.co.uk.

Once your order has been accepted and you receive the Delivery Notification, you cannot cancel made-to-order food or drinks. For details, check the Partner’s cancellation policy. Supper Chauffeur or the Partner may cancel your order at any time. You won’t be charged for cancelled orders, and we’ll refund any payment made using your original payment method. As a courtesy, we may also add credit to your account.

Food safety is very important to us. If you or anyone else who consumed items from our Partner felt unwell or had an allergic reaction, please email us at hello@supperchauffeur.co.uk with details of what was eaten or drunk, any known allergies, when symptoms began, how long they lasted, and any medical advice received. Let us know if you reviewed allergy information before ordering, where you found it, and how you informed the Partner about any known allergies. You must consent to us sharing your contact details (name, phone number, and email) with the Partner to enable an investigation to proceed. We’ll work closely with them to thoroughly address the matter.
